Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Omar Johnson
Omar created the company, Harbinger of Sovereign, to help fill a need that all companies and businesses have— training the employee. Additionally, Omar served in the United States Air Force as a Field Grade Logistics officer where he held positions of Squadron Commander, Director of Operations, Flight Commander and Office in Charge. He graduated from Nova Southeastern University in Dec 2020 with a PhD in Conflict Analysis and Resolution, from Columbia University in Feb 2015 with a M.S. in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution and holds a M.A. in Executive Leadership from Liberty University. Omar is a goal-orientated lifelong learner, with experience and interests in organizational efficiency. He is passionate about delivering high performance solutions, fostering lasting client value and supporting Veterans.
